Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $75K in Bradenville, PA.

 

Dave was very helpful to help me with a challenging government loan with it's many unexpected requirements. I don't think I would be a homeowner today if it wasn't for Dave and his knowledge and his negotiation skills.

I have know Dave for many years, he is the most patient person, never hesitating to show a property to us. As a very busy agent, he always made time, nothing to small or large! Only agent I know that actually answers the phone :) Thanks Dave

Dave is a highly skilled professional. He pays attention to all the details; nothing slips through the cracks. He replies to phone calls and emails promptly. Whenever we hit a "little bump in the road" he consistently gave us good advice.

Bought a home in 2012 in Mill Grove, Sewickley Township, PA 15089.
 

We looked at several houses, and he has a lot of knowledge about different things to look for, and provided a much deeper experience than any superficial walk-through a typical first-time home buyer would expect. He remembers other houses in your price range to offer a comparison, and point out faults and the tell-tale signs of possible problems. I am very glad I had Dave on my side.

Dave did all he was assigned to do as our realtor plus many more things. He opened up our home and set and reset the alarm system every time. This was a plus since we lived an hour away. He is a true professional and a gentleman. It was a pleasure to have him as our realtor. It was nice to work with a realtor who wasn't only interested in a commission.
